Your Qualifications
You have experience in agile software development projects and feel passionate and motivated about supporting software teams in all their disciplines.
You have strong communication skills, experience in stakeholder management and client relation management.
Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation is one of your core strengths. You know Lean and Agile Frameworks and bring deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering or Product Discovery.
You can quickly understand customer challenges and deduce the underlying needs.
You actively use AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based workflows) to amplify your productivity and quality, or you're eager to start.
Fluent communication in German and English is no problem for you.
